The Evolution of UniQuest
In 2013, we launched UniQuest with a clear goal in mind: to build a student engagement service that would genuinely improve the experience for prospective students while helping institutions adapt more quickly to change. The sector was shifting, and we wanted to help drive that change with energy, care, and a deep understanding of what both students and institutions needed.
From day one, we’ve focused on doing things brilliantly—building trusted partnerships and delivering meaningful, results-driven student engagement.
Since then, we’ve supported 85+ universities, delivered 70M+ communications, and helped 550,000+ students progress, driving an average £56M ROI per partner.
We’ve evolved alongside our partners, co-creating solutions from email tools to admissions support, while growing a 300+ global team across four regions.
In 2021, we joined Keystone Education Group, expanding our global reach while staying true to what makes UniQuest unique.
Our journey is shaped by our partners, students, and people, and we continue to evolve with the same ambition and purpose as day one.
